Big deal yes this what normally happens when law enforcement does a no knock search warrant . I just have one question why does these people think that they are immune from the laws of the state and the U.S.
i have seen warrants that we servedthat stated something and was marked out and hand written in no knock so its prob one like that and those are illegal…
which “these people” are you referring to., they entered without a warrant for an arrest, he was charged with nothing and they found nothing, they lied to get the warrant. so exactly who is immune from the laws, citizens or homeland security. this is the Patriot Act hard at work. don’t you feel safe in your home now.
They had a signed No knock search warrant from a Superior court judge. Tim was not charged with anything, but his son Chris was. They also did not find “nothing” they took loaded guns, ammunition, and various “police gear” including a stun gun. Everything was legal.
