This Land is Your Land, This Land is Aztlan: Marco Rubio, LaRaza Agent

Livewire’s Talking Points Memo blog reports that:

“In Ryan Lizza’s New Yorker Monday article on Senate immigration-reform negotiations, an aide to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has a quote that is sure to draw serious criticism from both the left and right.

There are American workers who, for lack of a better term, can’t cut it,” a Rubio aide told me. “There shouldn’t be a presumption that every American worker is a star performer. There are people who just can’t get it, can’t do it, don’t want to do it. And so you can’t obviously discuss that publicly.

New York magazine’s Jonathan Chait called it “not only a piece of shocking candor, but also the biggest single blunder the pro-reform coalition has committed so far.”

The idea that American workers don’t want to do certain jobs is a long cliché peddled by people who sit in soft chairs all day. American workers will do any job if it pays well enough — American workers toil in coal mines and collect garbage if they’re paid a living wage to do so.

Rubio’s spokesman objected to the quote in an e-mail to the National Review and said it does not reflect what Rubio believes, nor what he has argued in the past.”

A poor attempt at political spin by Rubio’s spokesoman to say the least but while we’re on the subject of what Rubio believes, his actions as of late seem to make the statements made by his aide seem credible, very credible.

First of all there is Rubio’s stance on amnesty for illegal immigrants. On June 13, 2013 Stand With Arizon.com reported:

“On Monday, a majority of Senate Republicans voted to continue debate of the disastrous ‘Gang of Eight’ amnesty bill, surprising many when the vote easily cleared the required 60 threshold, 82-15.

The reason many Republicans trust that a bill they haven’t even read will “secure the border first” is because Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has assured them it would – endlessly. He even wen’t on a record-tying FIVE Sunday news shows to assert this (and a avalanche of other lies), and assured audiences he would never back a bill that did not secure the border first, before amnesty. And Rubio claimed the Gang’s bill did exactly that.

Yesterday, Rubio made fools of many of his colleagues – who should have known better anyway – and was exposed as a bald-faced liar after being caught making totally different claims about the bill – on Spanish and English media.

If you were listening – on either side of the issue – Rubio told you exactly what you wanted to hear.

In a Spanish-language interview Sunday with the network Univision (video here, translationhere) Sen. Rubio made his strongest statement yet that legalization of the nation’s tens of millions of illegal aliens must happen before any new border security or internal enforcement measures are in place, and will in no way be conditional on any security requirements.

Let’s be clear. Nobody is talking about preventing the legalization. The legalization is going to happen. That means the following will happen: First comes the legalization. Then come the measures to secure the border. And then comes the process of permanent residence. What we’re talking about here is the system of permanent residence. As for the legalization, the enormous majority of my colleagues have accepted that it has to happen and that it has to begin at the same time we begin the measures for [the border]. It is not conditional. The legalization is not conditional.

To put it mildly, this is very different from what Rubio has told English-speaking audiences,especially on shows like Mark Levin, Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh – who were instrumental in helping the former “Tea Party darling” prevail in his tough Senate primary in 2010. For months now, Rubio has repeatedly, endlessly, claimed that border security would come first, before any legalization. Rubio has further asserted that he could and would never support a bill that didn’t secure the border first.

In a nutshell, he lied through his teeth to these hosts who constantly praised him as a “good guy”, “honest”, “conservative”, Senator they supported. While we activists screamed “snap out of it” they continued like this for months, praising Rubio’s “effort to solve the problem” while ignoring dozens of articles and analyses proving that his claims were full of lies”

While the exposure of the REAL Marco Rubio might be a shock to Tea Party types who helped him win his senate bid in 2010, NONE, of this comes as a surprise to those who have been watching him all along.

The Stand With Arizona.com website article quoted above called Rubio a “double agent”, it’s worse than that. Rubio is part of a movement to take back the Southwest for Mexico called La Raza.

The National Council of La Raza bills itself as a Hispanic Civil Rights organization. Human Events reported on La Razo in an April 7, 2006 article entitled “Exclusive: The Truth about ‘La Raza” stating:

“To most of the mainstream media, most members of Congress, and even many of their own members, the National Council of La Raza is no more than a Hispanic Rotary Club.

But the National Council of La Raza succeeded in raking in over $15.2 million in federal grants last year alone, of which $7.9 million was in U.S. Department of Education grants for Charter Schools, and undisclosed amounts were for get-out-the-vote efforts supporting La Raza political positions.

The Council of La Raza succeeded in having itself added to congressional hearings by Republican House and Senate leaders. And an anonymous senator even gave the Council of La Raza an extra $4 million in earmarked taxpayer money, supposedly for “housing reform,” while La Raza continues to lobby the Senate for virtual open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.”

Ultimately Human Events goes on to link La Raza (which means “the race”) to radical movements by Hispanics to take back the Southwest United States for Mexico…

” Behind the respectable front of the National Council of La Raza lies the real agenda of the La Raza movement, the agenda that led to those thousands of illegal immigrants in the streets of American cities, waving Mexican flags, brazenly defying our laws, and demanding concessions.

Key among the secondary organizations is the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA), one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West.

One of America’s greatest strengths has always been taking in immigrants from cultures around the world, and assimilating them into our country as Americans. By being citizens of the U.S. we are Americans first, and only, in our national loyalties.

This is totally opposed by MEChA for the hordes of illegal immigrants pouring across our borders, to whom they say:

“Chicano is our identity; it defines who we are as people. It rejects the notion that we…should assimilate into the Anglo-American melting pot…Aztlan was the legendary homeland of the Aztecas … It became synonymous with the vast territories of the Southwest, brutally stolen from a Mexican people marginalized and betrayed by the hostile custodians of the Manifest Destiny.” (Statement on University of Oregon MEChA Website, Jan. 3, 2006)

Is Florida Senator Marco Rubio's promotion of the latest amnesty plan for illegal aliens part of a greater goal to help hispanic people take back the Southwest United States for Mexico?

Is Florida Senator Marco Rubio’s promotion of the latest amnesty plan for illegal aliens part of a greater goal to help hispanic people take back the Southwest United States for Mexico?

MEChA isn’t at all shy about their goals, or their views of other races. Their founding principles are contained in these words in “El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan” (The Spiritual Plan for Aztlan):

“In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historical heritage but also of the brutal gringo invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our inevitable destiny. … Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. … We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan. For La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.”

That closing two-sentence motto is chilling to everyone who values equal rights for all. It says: “For The Race everything. Outside The Race, nothing.”

If there was any doubt about where Rubio’s loyalties lie , Phyllis Schafly has an excellent article about Washington D.C.’s “Gang of Eight” senators who are pushing amnesty for illegal aliens, among the “gang” is Marco Rubio who has been labeled the “gang’s” unofficial leader. Who really benefits from this latest amnesty plan?  Schafly writes:

“Any government program managed by the liberals always includes a “follow the money” segment. The Gang of Eight’s claim to promote “immigrant integration” is a ruse to give taxpayers’ money to leftwing and Islamist activist groups such as CASA, La Raza, MALDEF and CAIR.” ( Read all of Ms. Schafly’s excellent article by clicking on this link ).

Given all of this ( which, by the way, barely scratches the surface on the subject of La Raza , Aztlan, Rubio and Illegal Immigration, the statement made by Rubio’s aide which states:”There are American workers who, for lack of a better term, can’t cut it,” a Rubio aide told me. “There shouldn’t be a presumption that every American worker is a star performer. There are people who just can’t get it, can’t do it, don’t want to do it” , sounds like something straight out of the La Raza / Aztlan play book of ““For The Race everything. Outside The Race, nothing.”

It is a well calculated plan to bring America down to the standards of a third world country by flooding our country with third world immigrants, destroying our border, our language and our culture. – Editor
